Oshkosh B'Gosh Polka Dot Skirt

This cute polka dot skirt with tulle trim, and elastic waist is lined. Black and white fabric with silver ribbon trim and bow. Very gently used condition, the tulle is ripped in one place (under the ruffle), but it does not affect the look of the skirt. Size 7. Bundle with other items in my closet and save $$!
