This piece can be dressed up or dressed down. The vertical stripes elongate the body. It is a very flattering piece. Although it is a youth size 14, it is the equivalent of an adult XS. Heigh wise, I am 5' 4'', and it falls right at my ankle. If you are taller, this would still be a cute piece (capris/cropped style!)
