Beautiful dress from OSO Casuals, HSN. It was too long for me, so I've never worn it. Sleeveless. It is tiered, working buttons on the chest, smocking all around the waits (so it stretches more to fit). It is unlined. XL chest to chest is approx. 44" length is approx. 56" waist stretches from 32" to 48" 100% Rayon the pictures caught the real color of the printed dress.
