Otello Pelle (from Pelle Pelle) This coat is stunning. Definitely eye catching. It's possibly from the late 80s, early 90s. Minimal shoulder pads Full length shawl collar Wide swing skirt Wool Blend Can be worn with a belt but it looks fine without one. All measurements are in the photos There is no size on the piece but I'll say it's 16/18. 26 in measurement is the back from pit to pit. Small bald spot on back.
