ww1989 @grammyshammy so sorry for the delay, I had to go out of town suddenly! The measurements under the bust are 17.5 inches, and then there is a seam at the waist that is slightly smaller at 17 inches. Fabric is 100% linen. One thing to note that is not very noticeable in the pics from the person I bought it from is the slit up the front. I will add a pic of my own to the listing to better show that. It's super flattering, just not right for what I needed the dress for.
