The skirt is long in the back (56 in. from strap to lowest hem) and short in front (34 in. strap to front hem). Straps are adjustable and have a very pretty flutter detail. The closure/ties measures (while flat) about 16 in. across, ties also adjustable. Purchased for a wedding, never worn (my bust, DDD, felt too exposed), and exceeded the free return time.
