Size small. Would say true to size. Ruffle detail at bottom. Color is more of apple muted white rather than pure white. I would say it’s due to the sheer first layer and creamish white layer underneath in the lining. New. Not worn without tag. Cap sleeves are sheer. Lining is soft. Lightweight material.
