Free country activewear waterproof raincoat. Black neoprene with blue trim detail. Two zipper front pockets and one zipper chest pocket large enough to fit cell phone. Interior is fully lined in blue fleece with finished seams. Collar stands up and zips fully to chin with a tab cover for zipper pull. Very comfortable!
