leilani242 @allisonhendryx Hi! That is part of the reflective flower on the sleeve. It is peeling off, but not very noticeable. I guess the fact that it is peeling off would be a flaw, but a very minimal one.

leilani242 @stephcalexis hi! This jacket is not a ski jacket. It has some water resistance but it really isn’t meant to be the top layer for snow. It would go under a waterproof shell to prove mid- layer warmth if used for snow applications. If you are looking for a jacket that has down insulation and a waterproof shell look at my listing for the Outdoor Research Stormbound coat. It is sold, but that would give you an idea of the difference. Hope that helps!
