I bought this 2 piece outfit in Hawaii. The brand is Leo 5. The top has thin straps with buttons down the front. The bust is 28" and the bottom of the top is 38". The skirt is full and is tapered down the bottom of the skirt. There's a zipper down the back and waist is 29 ".
