Outta your league thigh high boots

Love these boots! Worn once for an event. If you want to wear them with the chains I'd recommend strapping them up to a garter cause they tend to fall down because of the chain weight. I tried to wear them again in the last year but just couldn't pair them up with anything again. Heels a bit dirty or scuffed.
