From Ovation, a recognized equestrian brand and in very good used condition with no scratches or wear spots, however, a few creases in the toe and around the ankle. I do not believe they are leather, probably synthetic. I bought these used for $75 from a reputable equestrian consignment shop, retails new for $120.
