Over the Knee Boots

These boots are brand new, never worn. I bought them but they are too high for my stubby legs. They are faux suede with faux suede fringe and faux leather straps. They have buckles for interest and 3/4" platforms. They are EU size 38 which is equivalent to US size 7-7 1/2.
