Over the knee boots

Sexy, red, over the knee boots accented with studs, stars, & long laces to tie in a bow, or let hang long. 4" heels, however; there is a 1" platform foot base. 27" height. Top is finished inside, so may be folded down to hit below the knee. The entire inside is lined solid. There are a few scratches on the toe of the right boot, & two small surface scrapes at the very top rivets.(see photos) These are man made material, but they REALLY look like leather. Only worn a few times.
