Rustic look, Over the knee boots by Carlos Santana These boots are leather but I am not 100 percent sure that the patchwork area is all leather. They and very comfortable. The inner liner does have visible wear, and is flaking off, But you can not see it on the outside. Size : 8.5 Heel height: 2” Height: 20”
