Lovely star & moon double layered gold colored necklace choker. Material is stainless steel. Size of the shortest length is a bit more than 13 inches but no longer than 14 inches. There is an extra 2 inch chain portion for adjustment of the necklace. So with that, it can be adjustable up to 14 or maybe 15 inches. Please refer to pictures as reference for measurements.
