Brown polka dot lining. 2 inside open side pockets, one large enough for cellphone. Measures 17" high x 6" wide bottom. Across top is 11" down to 16". Removable leather shoulder strap//chain. Silky lining has what appear to be glue marks where leather meets the polka dot lining.
