Oversized Ruffle Button-down Dress

This is a NWOT oversized dress. No brand or materials tag. Size tag is size small, but oversized and quite roomy. A bit too roomy for me in chest and arms. Excellent like new condition. Feels like cotton to me. Ruffled skirt with pockets. Wooden buttons. So cute. Wish it fit a little better on me. Teal color. Modeled on my size 2 dress form.
