The one size Will stretch cinch down to a small waist but stretches out to 34” . It is 34” long. 9” armhole. Beautiful bright and colorful. I have listed it as a one size and a 3x the 3x cinches way down to about a medium large and then all the way out to 35” and is 35” long. 10” armhole so it shows in the regular and plus size parties.
