Oversized sheer bright vintage button up

Collared neon bright sheer button up. I love styling with a black bralette underneath, black biker shorts (I did leather mostly) and tall boots. It’s such a wearable vintage piece and statement piece. Probably about a true size 20, I’m a size 10 and wore it long and oversized and it works well that way too
