Oxiuly fashion dress

1940’’s style dress. Navy blue (looks black in most pictures) tag is 2xl but fits a 1X perfectly. Stretchy fabric, very comfortable. Brand new, I removed the tags and then realized it was too short for my liking, I’m 5’9 1/2” it comes just above the knee on me, I was hoping it would be at the knee or below the knee. Measured laying flat, length 40”, pit to pit 21”, waist 18”. Very comfortable and figure flattering.
