@niffum I just realized this is an XL boys 18/20. Sorry about that. The armpit to armpit measurement is 22" across. Armpit to the end of the sleeve is 19" . There is no inner drawstring. It does not state it is water resistant but by the texture of the shell I would assume it is. Thank you for your inquiry. Have a lovely evening.
