PACSUN Bootcut Flare Jeans Womens/Juniors Sz 25 Low-Rise Tie Front Stretch

This is a pair of PacSun jeans. Low-rise bootcut/flare. Womens/Juniors size 25 (XS). They are a light cream color with a tie-up front. The material is designed to be flexible and slightly stretchy. They've only been worn a few times and are still in excellent condition with no holes or stains. Please note that the waist is low rise so the measurements are across the hip right below the belly button. The size is a 25" waist, but the measurements in the picture show it to be a 26" all the way around. This is probably because they've been worn and because I have it measuring to the outside of the waist instead of the inside. Please use your own discretion. 95% cotton, 4% polyester, 1% spandex
