I'm not sure if I measured the shoulders correctly. Do you measure the beginning of where the sleeves begin, or do you include the sleeves? If the sleeves are supposed to be included, then the measurement will be longer. Sorry, I really don't know where the measurements are supposed to be taken, but I think it's correct. Please let me know if I took the measurements incorrectly, and I will remeasure. Sorry for any inconvenience.

I asked my dry cleaners, who also does alterations, if she could add belt loops, and she said it wouldn't be a problem at all. I used just a belt without any loops, and I don't think it would really be needed.
