It actually doesn't come with a trouser but you can pair any legging or pant with it since it won't be seen anyway. Let me know if you want to purchase so I can ship it out

What is bust size and is there room to open to size 42?

@anib84 The bust size (underarm to underam) is 43-44 inches. The outfit doesn't come with a pant but you can add whatever pant you want because no one is going to see the pant under the gown anyway. Also, this suit is long sleeved. I'm glad you liked the first outfit!
