PARIS STAR Vintage skirt size 16

Reposhing this item I purchased from @iboadams. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. This is a vintage skirt, the waist is much smaller than a modern 16, and does not stretch. I normally wear between a 10-14 in current styles depending on brand & cut, and I couldn't button this 16! Please review measurements before purchasing. Button+ zip closure. Mid 80s- early 90s piece. Retro, vintage, 80s, 90s, Flat measure 15" across waist. 33" long, waist to hem. About 30" flat across hip with skirt flared. Very roomy for booty and leg movement.
