rstra @brinathompkins Hey!! No it’s literally brand new, I wore it once for not even an hour. The white spots you see are dry laundry detergent, my washer kinda sucks lol. I can rewash it alone so they come out and send you pics if you’d like but it’s just dry detergent! Happens to all my clothes it rubs right off.
