PARKER NWT - Magna pleated dress size 10 or 4

Love the artsy, trippy look to this dress! Perfect for Derby party, wedding or summer cocktails. Shades of blues, pinks, reds, violets, aqua, and yellow in disjointed parallel and perpendicular patterns make this dress super unique. So feminine but adjustable straps and smocked back give it some flex. Size 10 fit me perfectly (36C, size 8-10 on top, 39” around at fullest part of bustline), but the smocked back would allow for a little more or less bustline. Underarm to underarm for size 10 (which is lower than the armpits - see photo) is 17”. Underarm to underarm for Size 4 = 15”.
