Super stylish polyester dress by Parkshire Original The blouse area looks to be a very dark navy blue (almost black) though color do vary from screen to screen. Ascot style front tie with high neck. Skirt part is chevron striped in various hues of blues, greens with a hint of brown and white. 3/4 zip in back. ***dress is missing the original belt though the string loops are still intact.*** Size and fabric labels have been removed. Flat measured waist is approx. 14" and based on measurements and fit, this dress would fit a size small/medium. I recommend comparing this measurement to your best fitting dress for a proper fit.
