PARTY DRESS! Black with silver sequin and design!

This is one of the best party dresses I have ever owned. Be the center of attention in this killer party stopper dress! It is strapless and DOES stay up, no problem. The sequins are only on the outside and do not get too itchy. The dress is slimming and flattering due to the silver designs on the front. The dress is scrunched up the sides. I am 5'1 and it sits on mid thighs but can easily be adjusted.
