Passports of pier one imports adorable vintage boho style brown, dark red, gold wide leg trousers pants with matching belt. Tag says size small but I can stretch the elastic to 19 inches in the waist. So I would say it would fit a size medium or 2-4. Please see the measurements in the pictures.
