PATAGONIA Brown Convertible Skirt Dress

Solid brown midi skirt with waist ties that convert to wear as a halter or bandeau dress. Style: 75068S9 55% Organic Cotton, 45% Tencel Machine wash, tumble dry Measures approximately: 14” across waist, 31” waist to hem. Excellent condition, there is however one flaw in the fabric it’s in one of the ties, I believe it was from the tag. Nothing major but please see pics.
