joefochs @saulito04 No problem. For armpit to armpit I get 22 1/4". The Armpit to cuff I get 21 1/2". Patagonia indicates 34" sleeve length for men's medium jackets. I typically wear medium and am 5 8 and 173 lbs. This jacket fits me well and is truly sized in my view. Let me know if you have any other questions and thanks for the interest...
