tonibellino @patriciaf31 Hi Patricia, Thanks for showing interest in these pants. The pants are definitely NOT the darker color. The right shade of the pants is in the 1st and 3rd picture. The pants are a pull on style, therefore the pants do have stretch in them. I hope this clears up the confusion for you. HAPPY POSHING!
