amodf39 apprx 12.25" wide x 10.75" high, and apprx 6.75 deep w/ a strap drop of apprx 22"-27" and a handle drop of apprx. 6". The carry handle, alone, would not allow for being a shoulder bag, but the detachable strap makes it a shoulder bag or a crossbody.
