P.C.F. Petites by Hal Ferman Purple Pleated Floral Dress

Magical silky vintage dress in shades of purple and lilac. Elasticized waist and sleeves. No size listed; I’m calling it a small. In very good vintage condition—belt is missing and there’s a safety pin holding the left shoulder pieces together in one spot, quickly and easily mended.
