Bell Sleeves are not lined. Fabric is silky 100% polyester Size Medium 8-10 Armpit to armpit measures 20" lying flat, length from top of shoulder seam to bottom of hem is 35 1/2" - I am 5'7 and it hit me at the top of the knee cap Worn once - in excellent condition. Needed a dress for an event, but I'm not a dress person.
