PEARL iZUMi Summit shell bike capri/shorts

Never worn and new with tags/packaging. They are a size 2, but they run a bit big to me so please go by measurements (waist is 14.5" across, measured flat). 2 snap and zip closure. 2 front hip pockets with zip. 2 velcro tabs (left and right) on inside waist band for custom fit. Thick mesh material. These are very cute capris, contoured for movement and great for tooling around town on your bike (no padding though).
