PENDANT,London Blue Topaz or Lab Blue Spinel. 9mm x 7mm in 925SS J#21 EUC

9mm x 7mm Cushion cut Blue Gemstone in 925 Sterling Silver, and 18" chain in 925 SS, This is either London Blue Topaz, or Lab Blue Spinel. I just can't remember. About 1.39 Carat. This is from early 2000's from JTV. Chain and mounting both hallmarked. Either white Zircon or White Topaz stones surrounding focal gemstone. They could even be small diamonds. White gems are the hardest to identify and my diamond tester is on the fritz. So price is going to reflect my ignorance/forgetfulness
