PER SE by Carlisle DOLCE VITA Black Velvet Pleated Silk Belted Dress 0/2

Black velvet/silk dress in size 0- please see measurements and compare with similar dress; could fit as size 2 too. I have this dress in size 4 (most of my dresses are 6/8, and it's a perfect fit). I find this brand to run little large. Velvet body with a pleated front of stretch silk satin. The stitched down pleats open up below the skinny satin belt for ease of movement. Lined. Zipper closure at back, buttons at back neckline (comes with spare button). Approximate measurements: armpit to armpit across 16 3/4'', waist 14 1/2'', sleeves 24 1/2'', length taken at back along zip from neckline 38''. Thanks for looking!
