rc131995 @maggiemace Nope! They were worn twice and priced at 150, whenever they get worn in again LL bean will replace them with a brand new pair for free generally speaking. The only thing I will say is there is a little wear on the heel when looking closely, but you are getting them for 50 dollars off! The only reason I'm not keeping them is because I have a pair.

maggiemace @rc131995 ok! So you’ll send the information with them if I needed a new pair? I thought I just saw small thread imperfections in the back of the heels above the logo area. Also you are normally a size 8 in everything, but these? I’ve heard so many different size differences for these. You just wear normal socks and they’ll fit as a normal 8?

rc131995 @maggiemace I went in without a receipt, and they allowed me to because they are supposedly guaranteed for life, so maybe it depends on the salesperson? Yeah, maybe some threads. I am not home but can look later. I know from a general stand point that they are in great shape and havent been worn more than twice, but obviously its not like youre buying them from the store hence the 50 dollar discount.

rc131995 I am normally a size 8 in everything else but those were too big, so I got a 7 and they fit perfect (LL bean boots don't have half sizes.) I hope this helps!

rc131995 @maggiemace oh noooo!!! I'm so sorry. I will say that they take some effort to break in and generally will shape to your foot. Like I said I dont have a receipt bc they gave me a new pair without a receipt and my first original purchase was in like 2013. If you go in and talk to them they will generally give you a new pair that fit correctly or give you store credit! They are a really great company and will do something to help. im so sorry they dont feel good :(

Haha. did they do it for you because you have an account with you or have your information on file? I’m scared since I bought them used for you, they won’t help since I won’t have any buying info or an account?
