PETITE dress never worn

you will love this charcoal colored, short sleeve, belted dress. Impressive neckline with pronounced black stitching around outer border of collar, accented with a noticeable button. Very well made and fully lined and has zipper and hook closure in back. at bottom of the skirt in the back is an "open" pleat. This has never been worn.
