Beautiful fitted PHASE EIGHT red and black evening dress. Every time I wore this dress, I got comments, hopefully you will too! The material is stretchy and flattering. There is signs of wear on parts of the material- see photos-but there is plenty of way life in this dress. Ruching detailing to the right side of waist
