PINC Navy Short Romper

Romper has elastic middle that measures approximately 12” wide but since elastic has stretch to about 18”. They are short with approximately 1.5” inseam. Pit to pit is approximately 17”. Back buttons at top and has an opening. There is hole about size of pin hole at top of opening which I showed picture of, almost impossible to see.
