Black, layered, pleated skirt made by Pink Owl in size Small. 100% Polyester with longer outer sheer layer and shorter inner opaque layer. Elastic waist band. There are a few snags on the sheer fabric close to the bottom hem (see last two pictures, for example). Otherwise in GUC with no holes or stains.
