@kerbaird_11 it has a padded bra inside that gives support. It’s great for wearing underneath sweaters and shirts. I would not do anything active in this except for yoga.

@kerbaird_11 after looking at the measurements, it would be best for those with a bust size of 34A, 34B, 32C. I wear a 32C and the under band was a little too small/tight for me.
