Fitted and flattering mid thigh dress with ruching and an empire cut under the chest area. Short sleeves. I’m 5’3” in the photo wearing the dress to see where it hits on my leg at my height. Wore just this once. Washed cold, air dried. Excellent used condition. No flaws.
