caraegel @fionam15 I don't know, I haven't tried on a medium ever. I am 5'2" and 125 lbs, 36 inch bust. It is not very easy to slip on and off for me. Once it is on, it hits right at my waist and is snug. It would great for a gal who is a little more petite! Hope that helps!
