PIccolino P 90's Vtg Rayon Short Slv Black/Brown Print Dress/Beads M/L 42" bust

PIccolino Petite German Rayon Short Sleeve Black/Brown/Cream Print Dress w/Bead Trim at Neckline .  Collectable German fabric is very desirable. Bust measures 42" Approximately size 10 - 12 P based on other dresses by this designer.  Flat measurements: multiply by 2 for circumferences  Shoulders measure 17" across back inclusive of the shoulder pads which are small  Bust measures - 21" across Waist measures - 20 "  acrossHips measure - 22" across  Bottom of hem measures 23" across  Length 51"  Based on the measurements of other dresses by this designer this would be a size 10 - 12. However, It is shown a size 6 mannequin and seems to fit because of the ability to belt in the waist. I think the dress just hangs more loosely and drapes more. Therefore I think this dress is wearable by many sizes. From about a 6 - 12 in my personal opinion.  I suggest you go by your measurements and how much positive ease you would like in the fit. Bust is 42 " around and hips are 44 " around. Compare to other similar dresses in your wardrobe.
