uniquefeathers Yes i know Poshmark allows buyers 3 days to accept rate and release the funds and if theres no issues Pish will release the payment to the seller but if you received your item opened same day or the next day and its better than you were expecting then you put them away why not release the funds so i can buy from someone and enjoy the same experience you received🤷..Just saying..

brittnilb84 @uniquefeathers it’s really frustrating. I ship same/next day and my buyers receive their items less than 3 days total from the minute they purchase. Usually my buyers do not rate or release funds and I have to wait til the 4th day, not fair at all....When I order from someone on posh I open my package the minute it gets to my house and I release the funds immediately they never have to wait more than a few hours after I receive my item for me to release their funds

brittnilb84 @uniquefeathers I would understand if I waited a whole week to shave and stuff like that and I also understand if people happen to be out of town when they order for me but it’s literally been my usual experience on here that I have to wait till the fourth day to have funds released. I guess I expect the same courtesy that I give but I just deal with it. It’s a Bummer when you put so much time into this only for people to not even leave you a review at all

uniquefeathers @vervevintage ..Hii Yess i despise the rule..I know its no returns or refunds unless its grossly misrepresented but if they get what they paid for release my money.I have chocked it up to the upper management is sleeping on the job and is not making sure the seller is taken care of or the buyer either.I have purchased from alot of sellers who never ship my order and thats unacceptable to tie up my funds for 10 days before i get my money back.

uniquefeathers @vervevintage ..I will still give A1 service and it will not stop me from buying but i hope the meetings will be geared towards a happy medium and they eliminate this rule of 3 day holds and they allow a cancellation of an order way before the 7 day shipping period ends if the seller does not ship..And get rid of those scammers asking for you to email them😡..Its alot of things that need to be changed on here.It use to be better.Boardroom meetings have allowed alot of bs...

kesh131 I completely understand where you’re coming from!! This just happened to me with some shoes I sold from my closet! She never accepted the order once she received it and didn’t give a rating. Poshmark had to accept it after the 3 day period! I think it’s ridiculous that people are that inconsiderate, I put the effort into packaging and making sure I write a thank you card to show appreciation. Hopefully I don’t get anymore buyers like that 🙄🙄 posh definitely needs to change that rule

shpaddct Thank you for calling out that seller of those Lanvin sneakers. Why don’t Posh remove their listing? It’s literally 3 or 4 sellers with the exact photos all at the same price point. The crazy thing is a pair of authentic Isabel Marant shoes got sent back to me because I mistakenly put velvet suede using the description off the Marant website and the buyer said they weren’t velvet so they weren’t authentic. I was so 😡 mad! Again, thank you. Maybe the listing will be removed, all of them.

uniquefeathers @shpaddct ..Awww Im sorry that happened to you..Its the person at Posh who inspected your listing..They may have never had a Marant item so they used a word in the listing to justify the return.I sold a $20 pair of wedges from BeBe that was worn one time i paid 150 for them.Posh sent em back because i didnt mail the buyer the Bebe shoe box🤔Really!!

shpaddct @uniquefeathers I agree. I’m about to just donate this stuff. I’m over it. I come across nice things in my closet that I don’t want or can’t fit. I’m selling it for next to nothing and I still get low offers like $25 for Gucci sandals. They aren’t beat up and in pretty good condition and this is the type stuff I have to reply too. I ignore those types but then they say did you see my offer. Stop wasting people’s time. I’m glad we could vent to one another. Hope you’re having a great Saturday.

uniquefeathers @missstacyd No i didnt sell these to you..Im a buyer as well and seen you questioned authenticity but i have purchased several pair of these and this item you bought have the characteristics of a genuine pair..The tongue laces and soles and box show they are real even though you didnt get them authenticated..

kyssstyle Your item has been at the post office since Monday I contacted you on Tuesday and let you know there was no secure place to deliver your item. As a seller I sent your order out SAME DAY because I want my customers to know how prompt I am and how I take pride in keeping my customers satisfied. I see as a seller and buyer that you like your deliveries and reviews to be prompt. That’s what I expect when I send your order to you.
